Through NRI quota apply for engineering colleges NIT Warangal or BITS Pilani?

My parents are NRIs but i have done 12th from India.Can i apply for enginering colleges like NIT Warangal, BITS Pilani etc. through NRI quota?

    I am a poor brahmin boy, having completed inter with 94% overall and 97.5% in groups. One of my uncle is in USA and wants to sponsor me to study at warangal. Shall get NRT quota.
