Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission 2011 Horticultural Officer Entrance Exam TNPSC has had a glorious history of 75 years. Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) was established in the year 1923. TNPSC has been carrying examination for several courses.
