University of Calicut was established in 1968 with the objective of developing human resources in the northern territories of Kerala by extending the reach of higher education. The distance learning is a department of Calicut university that offered several graduation and post graduation courses. The school of distance learning education is established in 1981.The main motto is, the University has overcame challenges to emerge as the largest residential cum affiliating University in Kerala.

Eligibility
Candidate should have pass 10+2 with minimum 50% aggregate marks in science and math’s stream and for post graduation courses M.Tech course candidate should have B.Tech course.
Admission process
Candidate has to give an entrance test that is conduct by university. Admission is based on merit list. Candidate has to fill out an application form that is available at the official site of the college and campus. Applicant has to submit that form before the last date of submission.
