Candidate can obtain the application form cum information brochure in person by making cash payment of Prescribe amount from all the member colleges and also from the Oriental Bank of Commerce, Springdale.

Information brochure along with application Form can be obtained from participating colleges in person by Cash of Rs. 1050/-. Form by D.D, of Prescribe amount/- are available only at Oriental Bank of Commerce, spring dell Branch, Bishopric Road, Plight by pass Road, Bareilly-243006.
