UPSC 2011 Scientific Officer Entrance Exam
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) was established on October 1, 1926 by the British Indian Government. The commission is responsible for conducting examinations for the recruitments to several civil services. The recruitments for the posts of Chairman and other members in the UPSC are made only by President of India.
