UTKAL University was established in 1943. It is an oldest university in India. The university is well known for there quality education and there reputed faculty members that provide best education in all area. University offered LLB course. The Stone of this Campus was laid by Dr. Rajendra Prasad, the first President of India on 1st January 1958 and the Campus was opened by Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, the second President of India on 2nd January 1963. University also offered various under graduation and post graduation courses. University also offered distance learning education.

Eligibility
Candidate should have done there or its equivalent and having at least two years experience as full time regular teacher. Candidate should have pass 10+2 for bachelor degree courses with minimum 55% aggregate marks from any recognized university. And for master degree candidate should has a bachelor degree with 50% marks. Appearing in final year candidate may also eligible for the course.

Admission process
Admission is based on entrance test. Candidate has to score in that entrance test. Candidate also has to fill and submit the application form that is available at the official site of the college and campus. Candidate has to submit there application form before the last date of application form.
