sir i have completed my diploma in computer engineering thru “msbte”{maharashtra state board technical education}from maharashrta now i want to take admission for engineering for second year in karnataka is that possible if yes what is the procedure to get admission for engineering for second year .is their any need to appear for cet if yes plz tell me the details
